There are still a few changes to the code that we want to make (based on real-life user testing and suggestions), once we're there then the theme's all yours and will be available for download. :) Again, I'm going to say how I think Wordpress.com is the best place for having a hosted old-skool designed weblog and that hosting it yourself might not be in your best interest if you seriously plan to load up the theme. The infrastructure and the price of their storage is just ridiculously too good to pass up - Wordpress.com is a dream for bloggers, and now it seems photo bloggers too! The .ORG version of Monotone will be available shortly.
